Take a baking tray large enough to fit the chicken comfortably, and score the chicken to marinate and cook evenly.
Marinade: Mix the ingredients together except the garnish.
Pour it over the chicken and let it marinate for an hour.
Place chicken skin side up cover and cook for 25-30 minutes and uncovered for another 15-20 minutes or until cooked through.. don’t forget to turn the chicken and squidge in the glaze, also spoon it over halfway through.
Serve! Serve with boiled rice or steamed greens, sprinkled with sesame seeds and spring onions.
