Ingredients

Edamame
frozen or fresh(I used tesco frozen Edamame Beans)

garlic

ginger
minced

olive oil

sesame oil
1/2
tbsp
Srirscha sauce
bit more for garnish

tbsp
soya sauace

tbsp
coriander
chopped to garnish
Instructions
In a wok or pan, on medium heat, add the oil,
Edamame,
garlic and ginger. Saute for few seconds.
Add chilli flakes, salt and
Sriracha sauce
with a splash of water, stir and cook it covered for 5 minutes.
Now it's time to add soya sauce and sesame oil, cover and let it cook further for 3 minutes or until the beans in the pods are al dente.
Garnish with chopped coriander and serve it warm as an appetiser or starter.
