Honey Soy Baked Chicken

Ok ready for dinner service. While supplies last served with steaming hot boiled rice!
Ingredients
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 3 tbsp light soy
- 2 tbsp dark soy
- 1 tbsp rice vinegar
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1 tsp chilli flakes
- 1 tbsp chopped garlic
Garnish:
- 1 tsp toasted sesame seeds
- 1 tbsp chopped spring onions
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 356°F or 180°C fan.
- Take a baking tray large enough to fit the chicken comfortably, and score the chicken to marinate and cook evenly.
- Marinade: Mix the ingredients together except the garnish.
- Pour it over the chicken and let it marinate for an hour.
- Place chicken skin side up cover and cook for 25-30 minutes and uncovered for another 15-20 minutes or until cooked through.. don’t forget to turn the chicken and squidge in the glaze, also spoon it over halfway through.
- Serve! Serve with boiled rice or steamed greens, sprinkled with sesame seeds and spring onions.
